State Scholarship Program in Belgium

Students will receive a scholarship of no more than € 8,000 per year.The duration of the program is one academic year for the 60 ECTS master's program and two academic years for the 120 ECTS master's program.

Conditions of participation

• An application must be made for a Master's degree from a higher education institution in Flanders (hereinafter “Flemish Institution” (above)).

• Applicant must have a high level of academic achievement and / or academic potential.He / she meets all academic admission criteria, including relevant language requirements, for admission to a Master's program offered by a Flemish host institution.

• All nationalities can apply.The previous degree must be obtained from a higher education institution located outside Flanders.

• Students who have already entered a Flemish higher education institution cannot apply.

How to apply:

Students cannot apply directly. The application must be made online by the Flemish host institution. Application deadlines vary, but usually -until April 30, 2019.Please check the internal deadlines set by the Flemish host institution, which are earlier (1 February - 22 March 2019).
