Masters in Chemistry Scholarship, 2017, UK

The School of Chemistry at The University of Edinburgh provides three scholarships for graduate students who started their studies in the 2017-2018 academic year. The aim of the scholarship is to help outstanding students from outside the EU to study at the School of Chemistry.

Each grant will be £ 3,000 and will be awarded over one semester. Unfortunately you cannot apply for this grant if you are receiving a full annual scholarship, however this grant can be combined with other partial funding.

The scholarship is available to students who have enrolled in the School of Chemistry for one of the following master's programs: Medicinal & Biological Chemistry or Materials Chemistry.

The scholarship is awarded to three students. Selection criteria for fellows - academic level. All applicants for the scholarship are required to have an honors degree. Non-native English students must also provide certificates of proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or a similar test). The requirements for international students can be found at link

In order to apply for a scholarship, you must apply for admission to Edinburgh University until April 3, 2017.In addition, your intention to receive a scholarship should be written to chemistry.pgt@ed.ac.uk. The letter must include all the details of your application for admission, as well as describe in 250 words why you are the ideal candidate for this scholarship. In addition, the letter should indicate how you will pay for the part of the training that is not covered by the scholarship.[eight]
