Paid internship from CISAC (Stanford University, USA)

The internship is offered by the Stanford Center for International Security and Cooperation.Throughout the year, interns, together with the best teachers and scientists, will participate in seminars and research.At the end of the internship, participants will be required to write a written paper.Trainees who have not yet received their PhD can write their dissertation and submit a chapter or a whole work at the end of the internship.For those who already have a PhD, writing articles is a prerequisite.

Conditions and Requirements

Applicants must be employed in a scientific or legal, military, governmental or international organization.

The amount of the scholarship is from $ 25,000 to $ 28,000 if you have not yet completed your thesis.If you have already completed your PhD, the scholarship will range from $ 48,000 to $ 66,000, depending on when the work was defended.

Required documents for filing an application:

  • Application form;

  • Summary;

  • Copy of diploma and transcript of grades;

  • Description of the research project or dissertation (no more than 1500 words in English);

  • Research abstract (no more than 200 words);

  • Examples of written works or articles (no more than 50 pages);

  • Three letters of recommendation.
