An agreement was signed between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Social Resources of Hungary

On February 17, 2015, the President of the Russian Federation paid a visit to Hungary, during which agreements on cooperation in the field of higher education were signed.

Natalia Tretyak notes that this agreement strengthens partnerships between state educational organizations, as well as strengthens the penetration of the Russian language in Hungary by improving the conditions for academic exchanges. “The agreement creates the necessary basis for the development of relationshipsour departments, lays the foundation for close interaction of the educational systems of the two countries, - said the first deputy minister."If earlier our contacts were episodic, now they have become regular."

This agreement contains a plan for the implementation of joint activities.It includes: the development and organization of scientific programs in the field of education, participation in national and international scientific events, conducting scientific and educational projects of various formats.
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation informs that annually up to 200 students from Hungary come to our country, who receive federal funding for higher education.And also up to 200 Russian students every year go to Hungary as part of the Stipendium Hungaricum program, under which they receive scholarships and housing.

"We must provide comprehensive assistance and assistance in holding events aimed at enhancing and expanding youth exchanges, developing comprehensive ties and friendly relations between the youth of Hungary and the Russian Federation," said the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Russia...
