Du Pré Grants for Physicians

Researchers from low- and middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) can apply for Du Pré Grants ranging from £ 2500 to £ 6000The winners will receive training and work in research centers abroad. The grant will cover travel, accommodation and work expenses. Trips up to 6 months are provided.

MS International Federation is represented by 47 organizations in different countries. The goal of the projects is to improve the quality of life of people with multiple sclerosis.

Requirements:

- citizens of countries with developing economies can become candidates;

- postgraduate education in a field related to multiple sclerosis is required;

- the selected center must have a project on a suitable topic;

- Excellent knowledge of English is required.

Before submitting an application, you need to determine the host university abroad, select a scientific advisor and contact him. Along with the application, you must send a letter of motivation, CV, two letters of recommendation and a letter from the supervisor that the foreign host organization has everything you need to conduct research on your topic. The organizers expect that you will apply the knowledge gained during your participation in the project after you return to your home country.

Du Pré Grants are paid annually.In 2019, you can send an application until July 21. The results will be summed up in October .After the research, it is required to provide a short report on the work done and a summary of expenses. All the details about the project on the site of the organizers.
