The Duma is discussing the possibility of introducing exit visas for Russian citizens, the radio station"Moscow Says" reports a statement by the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction Vadim Solovyov.

He clarified that it is very important to bring to the attention of Russian citizens full information about the state of security of the countries they choose for recreation... One of the ways to implement this idea could be the introduction of exit visas.

“Now there are many proposals to introduce exit visas. Foreign Ministry officials and security officers will explain to the citizen what the risk is.And when he has already received this official information, he signs that yes, I know everything, I am in the know, I was warned, and, nevertheless, I insist, he needs to be given the opportunity to leave, ”he said.

According to Solovyov, such proposals come from the citizens themselves.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich said that the state would support the tourism industry through the development of domestic tourism, but no restrictions or bans for external tourism would be introduced.
