How to successfully pass an interview
First of all, you will most likely be asked to talk about your previous job - responsibilities, daily routine and reason for leaving. If you worked in the previous place for several years, then this is a significant plus. Additional questions may arise if the employer sees in the resume the frequent change of companies and large gaps in work experience.
Answer truthfully - almost any information from a resume is easy to verify. Try to get recommendations from managers from previous jobs in advance. You can attach them in addition to your resume or, just in case, take with you to your interview contacts of people who are ready to vouch for you.
When asked about the reasons for dismissal, answer with dignity and correctly - do not mention conflict situations or the desire to earn more. It is better to show that you are interested in gaining new experience, to tell how you will be useful to the company. To do this, study the available information about the place where you plan to work in advance and think about the list of proposals.
The manager may ask you a question about other vacancies you have considered and interviews already held. Answer this question superficially and honestly. This is how the recruiter wants to understand your relevance in the labor market. If you just started looking for a job and this is your first interview, then tell it as it is.
The question of why you want to work in this particular company should not confuse you. Think about your reasons in advance and state them briefly and clearly. Feel free to talk about the amount you are claiming.
Stick to a simple rule - radiate confidence, but do not over-praise yourself.
