International Kindness Essay Competition

A trip to Tokyo and a cash prize - such awards await authors of the best essays on kindness. For the first place, $ 900 is provided, for the second - $ 450, for the third - a memorable gift.

The International Essay Competition is held annually. This year's theme is "Building a Good Society."The organizers suggest that you think about the question of what kindness means to you, do 10 good deeds, and talk about your experience or any other initiative that matches the topic of the essay. Authors under 25 and born after June 15, 1993, are eligible to participate.

The competition accepts original works that have not been published before up to 700 words in English, French, Spanish, and German. If the work is in Japanese, then the essay should be no more than 1600 characters, excluding the title and title page.

Only individual applications will be accepted. The results of the competition will be announced on October 31. The awards ceremony will take place in Tokyo on November 23, 2019. Two people will be invited to Japan - first place winners in different age categories. The rest of the winners will receive gifts and diplomas by mail.
