Postgraduate Study Scholarship in Italy

Foreigners with a Master's degree or its equivalent, as well as those who plan to receive a diploma before July 31, 2019, can apply for La Sapienza University scholarships.An important condition - you must not have lived in Italy for more than 6 months during the last 3 years.

Financial support is provided for 15 specialties: archeology, architecture, astronomy, biology, engineering disciplines, information technology, mathematics, medicine, molecular cultural studies, earth sciences, law, psychology, physics,chemistry, economics.

Annually, for three years of postgraduate studies, a scholarship of € 19,800 is provided. During this time, it is necessary to study all the courses offered, attend seminars, pass exams and write a thesis.Those who successfully pass all the tests are awarded a Ph.D. at the end of the third year of study.The decision is made by an independent commission.

You must submit an application for participation in the program before April 1, 2019. All documents must be translated into English and submitted in PDF format. Please note that documents submitted in other formats are not considered.The maximum size of each file is no more than 5 MB.

To participate, you must register on the website and provide a package of documents:

- a photocopy of your passport;

- a copy of the diploma;

- report on the conducted research;

- list of publications;

- a short story about your scientific interests;

- 2 letters of recommendation;

- application.
