Australia Economics Scholarships

The School of Economics at the University of Adelaide provides scholarships to students from all over the world seeking a Master's degree in Applied Economics. The scholarship is AUS $ 5,000 per year and partially covers the tuition fees.

Requirements for Applicants

In order to apply for the scholarship, you must enroll in the University of Adelaide for a master's program.The conditions of admission can be found on the website of the university.

In addition, this scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship or grant.

How to apply

To apply for a scholarship, you must fill out a form on the official website. If you want to start studying from the first semester, the application must be sent before January 14, 2018, if from the second semester, then the application must be sent before June 17, 2018. Scholarships are available for applicants in both the first and second semester, however, applications from students wishing to start their studies in the first semester will have higher priority.

Fellows are selected on a competitive basis, the main criteria are GPA and a letter of motivation. The minimum GPA allowed to apply for a scholarship is 5.0 (out of 7.0).

If your scholarship application is approved, you will receive an official letter from the University asking you to confirm your intention to study at University of Adelaide and receive a scholarship. If you do not reply to this letter, then your scholarship will be canceled and will go to the next candidate on the list.

The University of Adelaide reserves the right not to award scholarships in the absence of worthy candidates, and to amend the rules for awarding scholarships at any time.
