Legendary Moscow teachers will talk about literary classics

March 19, 2015. (6:00pm) The Arzamas Project was created on a non-profit basis with an educational purpose. All of the project s topics are devoted to the humanities. The creators of the platform call it a kind of university, which will unite the knowledge of the best teachers in the country.

The new special project from Arzamas was a course "Russian classics. Beginning", in which four legendary Moscow teachers talk about their favorite works from the school curriculum. All published already 63 mini-lessons, which were recorded by a professional director. The project is equipped with a convenient way to sort the course. If a listener is interested in a particular instructor, but he will get a selection of lessons only from this lecturer. Also, all the episodes are divided by the writers the lessons talk about. There are 17 writers in all, from Derzhavin to Chekhov; everyone is sure to find a favorite. And to help readers save time, the site features several selections of lessons by topic: the five most important topics, six lessons about love, three videos on works that begin with the letter «C» and the personal choice of musician Sergey Shnurov.
