Overseas Development Institute Paid Internship

Economists and statisticians (from other related industries are also possible) from all over the world are invited for an internship.The program provides for work as a civil servant in one of the developing countries of Africa, Asia, the Caribbean or the Pacific.The contract is for 2 years, the organizers cover all expenses.

Conditions and requirements

- Applicants must have a Master's or PhD degreein economics, statistics, econometrics, international economics, agricultural and development economics, or any other related field.

- You must also be prepared to spend 2 years on an internship in the host country.

- Applicants are encouraged to have volunteer experience or work experience in a developing country.

- Computer literacy is required, as well as excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of French, Portuguese or Swahili would be a plus).
