  1. Don't overwork

Charles Darwin worked 4.5 hours a day, with his theory of evolution becoming world-famous. Research proves that humans are able to concentrate deeply for no more than 4 hours each day.

     2. Allow yourself to be imperfect

Remember that it's better to be less than perfect than not at all. Allocate a certain amount of time to each task, or perfectionism will consume all your energy.

      3. Close all unnecessary tabs and applications.

Leave only the resources you need at the moment and save the most important sites to your browser bookmarks.

     4. Eat «frogs» for breakfast
