The Lane Kirkland Program - Full Scholarships to Study in Poland

The Polish-American Freedom Foundation invites citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan to participate in the competition of educational scholarshipsand Ukraine.

The Lane Kirkland Program is designed for young leaders with higher education and an interest in promoting democracy,economies and societies in their home countries and regions. If you are an employee of state authorities and self-government bodies, a lawyer, an entrepreneur, a cultural figure or a public activist, a university teacher or a journalist - welcome!More precisely, Witamy serdecznie! The training will be conducted in Polish or English. Applicants from Ukraine and Belarus should pay attention to the fact that they are provided with studies only in Polish. In addition, only in Polish is it possible to fully participate in the educational programs of Polish universities and professional internship, which is offered in the Program.

Anyone who plans to study in Polish must know Polish at the B2 level at the start of the Program, which would allow him to participate in university studies and give him the opportunity to write a thesis.

Those candidates who have chosen to study in English must indicate a specific curriculum in this language in one of the cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lublin.You need to know that during the interview, you need to show proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2, as well as basic knowledge of the Polish language at the A1 level.

Application for participation in the program is submitted online.

It consists of:

• a questionnaire with personal data, including justification of the candidate's plans in connection with participation in the Program, presentation of the project, which mustbe written at the end of the Kirkland Fellowship Program, including plans for the duration of the Program and after its completion (4000-6000 characters with spaces);

• two letters of recommendation describing achievementsand the qualifications of the candidate, as well as a description of the prospects for his further development and work in the field of professional or social activities (according to the model in Polish, Russian or English);

• copies of a diploma of higher education (if available, also a candidate of science diploma)

Funding:

45 scholarship holders will study at the university free of charge and receive a scholarship of 1,800 zlotys per month for 9 months (this is 32 thousand Russian rubles).It also covers housing, insurance, travel to and from Poland, public transport, obtaining a visa, purchasing materials and research aids, participation in an initial preparatory program, integration congresses and seminars, a Polish language course from October to June.scholarships - March 1, 2019
