Russian students studying in Turkey will urgently return home

The ministry explained that on November 27, 2015, a letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation was sent to the organization of higher education on the need to suspend and terminate regulatory documents with the Turkish side, to cancel the planned trips of Russian teachers, scientists andstudents.
