Purpose of the program
The purpose of the program is to support outstanding students from developing countries who are focused on the study of sustainable energy development.This one-of-a-kind fellowship program aims to support the next generation of energy professionals ready to meet the challenges of the future.
Students can study at any university in the world for a master's program related to the development of sustainable energy, renewable energy or the energy sector in general.
Up to 10 fellowships are awarded annually.The size of each scholarship is up to $ 23,000 per year, the scholarship can be paid for no more than 2 years.
Who is eligible to apply?
To be eligible for this scholarship, potential applicants must meet several requirements:
Graduate students in researchin the field of sustainable energy development.Also, candidates must complete full-time studies for at least one full academic year (two or three semesters), starting in the fall of 2019.Students in their second year of the two-year program are eligible to apply provided they meet this requirement
Be a citizen of a developing country / territory on List of Official Development Assistance Recipients identified by the Directoratefor Development Cooperation (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
Be prepared to return home after graduation to contribute to its development;
Be an outstanding student - he should be in the top 20% of his class, he should also strive for sustainable energy development and be willing to develop his knowledge

Curriculum vitae detailing your education, work experience (if any), awards and volunteer and extracurricular activities
Letter of acceptance for your chosen university program...(letter can be submitted by April 19, 2019)
Program Plan - you need to upload an outline of the curriculum or courses you will take for the Master's program
Scorecard fromuniversity.IMPORTANT!A certified translation of the document is required!
Academic Profile - a completed copy of the Academic Reference Form must be provided.It must be completed in English.The form must be completed by an instructor or professor who knows your academic ability.

Requirements for candidates:
graduate students can receive a scholarship,who are studying sustainable energy development.Students must study full-time, the duration of study must be at least 1 academic year (2 or 3 semesters), starting in the fall of 2019. Students who are studying in the second year of the master's program can also apply;

students must return to their home country at the end of their studies;
