Grant from the University of Padova in Italy

The University of Padua is one of the oldest universities in Europe and Italy, opened in Padua in 1222.In the 15th-18th centuries it was the main educational center of the Venetian Republic.

The University of Padua offers scholarships to talented applicants seeking a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Padua.Training is entirely in English.The selection for program participants is very strict - only candidates with high academic performance who have shown the highest academic achievements can receive a scholarship.Selected participants are expected to become ambassadors and university representatives at various events.

FINANCING

Scholarship amount: € 12,000

The scholarship will be paid in three installments of 4.000,00 euros each.You will receive the first part immediately after registering in Padua, and the next on reaching:

12 ECTS until 28 February 2020
36 ECTS until 10 August 2020

APPLICATION

During the selection procedure, your candidacy is automatically submitted for consideration if you meet all the requirements.For admission, you must fill out an online application and pay a deposit of 185 €.There is no separate application for a scholarship.All applicants who apply for admission automatically become scholarship applicants.

Who can apply

high potential international students from all over the world.In this case, you must:

• not have Italian citizenship;

• to receive a diploma outside of Italy;

• pre-enroll any course taught entirely in English at the University of Padua;

Failure to meet one or more of the criteria will automatically remove you from the list of eligible scholarships.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Eligible candidates are selected for the scholarship based on their academic excellence and promise in the proposed field of study, academic achievement of previous education, etc.

Please note that in order to receive a scholarship, you must:

• not use other national or international scholarships or grants;

• be able to obtain an Italian visa;

DURATION

The scholarships are offered for 1 academic year.The grant can be renewed for the next year, subject to excellent academic performance.
