Also, the scholarship holders will be paid for an air flight back to their homeland, if the graduate wishes to return home within the specified period.
Requirements for candidates:
applications are accepted from citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan;
candidates must be born after April 2, 1984;
candidates must have a bachelor's degree (or have received a bachelor's degree before starting a master's degree) and have completed secondary education;
you need to know English (TOEFL IBT 80, TOEFL CBT 230, TOEFL PBT 500, IELTS 6.0);
basic knowledge is requiredJapanese language;

Step 2 - Interview in your country of residence.
At the interview, you must have: documents confirming your education, a certificate of English proficiency and basic knowledge of the Japanese language, 8photographs 3x4 cm, letter of recommendation in a sealed envelope, transcript with grades.
