Full Stephen M. Kellen Scholarships - Double Degree in France and Germany

Applications are accepted from applicants for a bachelor's degree, classes begin in October 2019.

The Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship covers two years of tuition fees at Sciences Po, in addition to a living allowance of $ 6,000 per year for two years spent in French The German Science Po campus in Nancy also receives a living allowance of US $ 7,000 per year.for two years spent at the Otto-Suhr-Institut of Freie Universität.

How to apply

Selection for the scholarship is based on the following criteria:

Excellence- manifested in academic performance

Vision- demonstrated in a written submission on a chosen topic

Generosityb - Demonstration of Commitment to Serving Others

Applicants should send the following documents to scholarship@usscpo.org by June 23, 2019.

- Completed application form

- Personal application. Describe your motivation to study in Berlin and University (1000 words) in English.

- Essays on "Populism and Democracy in Europe". Please cover the topic in an essay (2000 words) in English.
