Grants from the Society of Neurology

The Society of Neurology offers conference grants to students studying medical or scientific journalism. The conference will be held in Washington from November 11 to 15, 2017.

The grant covers four nights of hotel accommodation and $ 750 for conference attendance costs.In addition, each program participant is assigned a leader - an expert in the field of medical or scientific journalism, who will help the participant with the program of his speech at the conference.

Who can participate in the conference?

1. Medical or science journalism students;

2. Students enrolled in science faculties who are capable of covering medical or scientific topics in a science journalism format;

3. Student journalism students who are able to work with topics of scientific and medical journalism.

How to apply for participation?

To apply for a grant, you must submit the following documents translated into English:

1. Motivation letter;

2. Summary;

3. Two published articles (if any);

4. A letter of recommendation from a supervisor or teacher.
