Research Scholarship in India

Applicants with a doctorate or master's degree in engineering, medicine, or a related discipline are eligible to apply for the INSA JRD-Tata Fellowship. Excellent knowledge of English is required.Citizens from developing countries under the age of 45 are eligible to participate in the program.

Covers travel expenses, accommodation, money for unforeseen expenses. You can choose a time of travel convenient for you together with the host university. Under this program, you can travel to India for up to 3 months.

10 fellowships awarded annually. Applications are considered in May and November. Acceptance of documents ends on April 30 and October 31.

In order to participate in this program, you must provide the following documents:

1. Detailed biography.Be sure to indicate the date of birth and age, scientific interests, publications, awards.

2. Brief description of the proposed research work.

3. Two passport-size photographs.

4. A copy of your higher education certificate.

5. Written permission from home university.

After you have completed your research, you will need to provide a brief progress report and feedback on the benefits of the research for the participant's home country.
