Utrecht University (Netherlands) provides full grants for master's programs

A total of 20-25 grants will be allocated, each of which fully covers the cost of studying for a master's degree + 11,000 euros are paid for related costs associated with training.

How to apply

To apply for a grant,you must have a very high academic performance (you must be in the top 10% of graduates in your course).Applications will not be accepted from those who have completed high school or undergraduate studies in the Netherlands.Before applying for a scholarship, it is necessary to apply for one of the master's programs at the university (please note that admission runs until December 1st).

You will need to attach a letter of motivation to your scholarship application to demonstrate your academic background, intercultural and communication skills, and personal motivation to study on your chosen master's program).

You can submit documents on the website until February 1, 2019.
