The scholarship amount for living expenses in the 2021 academic year is 117,000JPY per month. The scholarship covers travelling costs. The application fee, admission fee, and academic fees for the first year (2021 Fall Semester and 2022 Spring Semester) will be covered by Keio University. The recipient may renew the scholarship for the second year onwards through a screening process based on his/her GPA and other conditions

The following eligibility requirements apply to both of the scholarships. To be considered for these scholarships, you must: •be accepted through the Winter AO 2020 (Global) screening [Admissions for the GIGA Program] to enter the Faculty of Policy Management, or the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, and enroll in September 2021 (applicants who wish to enroll in April are NOT eligible) • be an incoming first-year student • be a foreign national
