  • Hanken Honors Scholarship, Covers the full tuition fee for two academic years

  • Hanken Honors Second Year Scholarship, exemption from the tuition fee during the second year of study for students who

    • are required to pay tuition fee and

    • have completed 60 study points during the first academic year (before 31st of July) and

    •  has not been registered as absent at Hanken. The only exception is if the student has been registered as absent due to legal grounds (for the scholarship also foreign military/civil service is accepted as a legal ground) and can provide masters(at)hanken.fi with an official certificate of the reason for the abscence no later than 31 July. 

Admission requirements

1. Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognised university or polytechnic

2. Language requirements

  • TOEFL ≥ 92 or
  • IELTS ≥ 6.5 or
  • PTE Academic ≥ 62 or
  • CPE ≥ C

3. At least 30 ECTS in subjects relevant for the programme specialisation/track

4. GMAT or GRE admission test/GPA requirement

  • Group 1: Applicants applying based on a degree obtained in an EU/EEA country
    • GPA Grade B (US grading scale) in the degree based on which they are applying OR
    • GMAT/GRE sufficient test score (see below)
  • Group 2: Applicants applying based on a degree obtained in a country outside the EU/EEA
    • GMAT: a minimum overall test score of 550 OR
    • GRE: In Quantitative Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning a test score of at least 150, in Analytical Writing; a test score of at least 3,5

Applicants must ensure that they have adequate funds to support themselves financially through their entire period of study in Finland. In order to be granted a residence permit, non-EU/EEA citizens are required to show that they have at least 6720 EUR/year or 560 EUR/month at their disposal.
