A number of generous merit-based scholarships are available to full-time non-EU postgraduate students in the Faculty of Science and Engineering for the 2018/9 academic year. Eligible postgraduate students will be considered for a scholarship worth a €2,000 to €4,000 reduction in tuition fees.

The scholarships are based on academic merit. Students do not apply for the scholarship, once they apply for any of the above programmes they will be automatically considered for scholarship.
Applicants must hold an equivalent qualification to the Irish Leaving Certificate or A level qualification (UK system).
Applicants must hold a qualification that is equivalent to an Irish or UK honours bachelor's degree (NQAI level 8). The degree must be in a discipline relevant to the postgraduate degree sought.
