Language requirements:

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English by submitting scores from one of the approved English-language tests. Students whose first language is English or have earned a bachelor’s or a master’s degree taught exclusively in English, may request exemption from this requirement.

Required minimum scores:

  • TOEFL iBT (Internet-based): 88
  • TOEFL PBT (Paper-based): 570
  • IELTS Academic: 6.5
  • PTE Academic: 59
  • Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE): C
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): B

CEU Alumni Scholarships: 

Funded by our alumni, these scholarships are awarded to master’s degree students with financial need who have a proven record of leadership in extra-curricular activities, community service and civic engagement. 

External Scholarships: 

Administered through CEU, external scholarships include the Erasmus Mundus scholarship, Erasmus research grants, and other private and public fellowships and scholarships.
