Grant for researchers are divided into short-term (1-9 days) and long-term (10 days – 10 calendar months) grants. The subsistence rates are 45 EUR per day and 660 EUR per month respectively.

Grant for researchers can be awarded to the researchers and academic staff of higher education institutions abroad. The person using the grant shall hold an academic position at her/his home institutions. For example, the following are considered academic positions: professor, associate professor, teacher, reader, research fellow, lecturer, assistant. PhD students can apply for the scholarship for students only. The grant can be used for research, teaching, collaboration with colleagues etc.
