Ageing Support

This qualification reflects the use of support workers who complete specialised activities and functions in elderly services; either in residential, home or community based surroundings. Workers will require responsibility for his or her outputs within specified organisation guidelines and also maintain quality service delivery during the creation, facilitation and inspection of individualised support planning and delivery.Workers may be required to establish leadership and possess limited liability for your organisation and also the number and quality of outputs of the others within limited parameters.To achieve this qualification, the candidate will need to have completed at least 120 hours of are detailed in the Assessment Requirements of their units of competency.No licensing, legislative, and regulatory or certification requirements affect this qualification during publication.
