Applied Social Science - Counselling

This plan will equip students with the technical skills and understanding to work efficiently with humans as being a counsellor in various aspects of specialisation. These include community counseling teams and organisations such as alcohol and drugs, youthand women's health, family supportand relationship counseling providers and private practice.

• Year 12 or equivalent with ATAR 60.
  Special Entrance Requirements: Demonstrated capacity to undertake study at this level
• or employment experience, and/or alternative formal, informal or non-formal analysis attempted or finished. For International applicants equivalent IELTS 6.5 (Academic) with no skills group less than 5.5.
