Whether you are interested in commercial archaeological excavation, policy or academic research, you have reached the point where you need to decide which is the best Master's programme for you. VU University Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam (UvA) offer a joint Master's programme in Archaeology within the Amsterdam Centre for Ancient Studies and Archaeology (ACASA), which also offers a range of other Master's programmes in the field of Ancient studies. Thanks to this joint venture you can choose from a wide range of subjects which allows you to develop as an archaeologist in many different specialisms. These specialisms are grouped in the following three programmes: 1. Archaeology of Northwestern Europe 2. Mediterranean Archaeology 3. Landscape and Heritage
