This qualification reflects the function of those who act as beauty therapists to offer a range of beauty therapy treatments and services, for example lash and brow treatments, nail services, make up, massage and waxing. They communicate with clients to recommend services and remedies and sell retail skincare and cosmetic products. They undertake work independently, with limited guidance in others, to perform routine and non-routine activities and solve non-routine problems. They apply and accommodate technical abilities and knowledge, and use judgment in the provision of beauty treatments and solutions. All these individuals are accountable for their own sparks and provide limited guidance for others. Work is typically conducted in beauty salons and spas.No occupational licensing, accreditation or special legislative conditions connect with this eligibility at the time of publication.
