This program explores fresh perspectives on leadership which benefit both the individual and the organisation that they work for. Learning is highly experiential and organised around major tactical challenges rather than traditional business disciplines, with leadership since the inherent motif. It is structured like a series of five units of analysis within 18 months, empowering busy executives to finish the level in cooperation with their work responsibilities.
