This qualification reflects the role of people who have significant knowledge in a range of settings that are trying to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. This eligibility is also appropriate to the needs of those who have little if any technical encounter, but who own solid theoretical business abilities and knowledge they want to develop in order to create further educational and employment chances.
