Community Sector Management

This qualification reflects the role of workers that are middle managers or managers across a range of community business organisations.These folks operate independently and report to executive control, boards or directors of management. They tackle a variety of functions requiring the use of knowledge and skills to achieve results in accordance with the organisation's goals and strategic directions.At this level, workers have responsibility for planning and monitoring service delivery, recruiting and performance management of additional exceptional or paid workers, managing risk and adding to continuous advancement within the reach of their particular function. This might include management of a particular programs or job, or broader management of a community-based organisation, early childhood education support, not-for-profit organisation or community centre.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements affect this qualification during the time of book.
