This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved with the managing, co ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, communities and groups. At this degree, workers have specialized abilities in community services and work autonomously under comprehensive directions from senior management. Workers are often supplying direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may even have responsibility for the oversight of other volunteers and workers and/or instance direction; program ethics or the growth of new business opportunities.Note that the Statutory & forensic child, childhood & family welfare specialisationmust be done orderto meet the minimum education requirements for child protection and youth justice practice at Victoria.
