This qualification reflects the functions of community agencies, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co ordinating and/or bringing of person-centred services for individuals, communities and groups. At this degree, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct aid to individuals or groups of people. Workers might even have responsibility for the supervision of other volunteers and workers and/or instance direction; program manipulation or the progression of new small business opportunities.Note that the Statutory & Staff kid, youth & family impairment specialisationmust be achieved in orderto meet the minimum education requirements for child protection and youth justice practice at Victoria.
