Conservation and Wildlife Biology

This class focuses upon the knowledge and abilities necessary to understand the significance of conservation of biodiversity. Students develop the ability to analyse the intricate interplays between humans and the natural environment, and to apply the tools of modern research to inventing approaches that tackle important conservation problems. The class covers ecology, genetics, pest control, plant and animal biology, development and the theory and practice of conservation biology.
