The Graduate Diploma in Defence Systems Integration is the following step for a range of engineers and defence industry professionals who are wanting to enhance their formal engineering qualifications and also extend their abilities and knowledge in systems engineering. Students draw their foundation of engineering knowledge to study additional skills in systems technology, tailored to the defence industry. Courses educated align using the University's research advantages including: engineering and systems integration, unmanned and autonomous systems, and System of Systems (SoS) integration. Students study a systems engineering approach to full life span development, from systems design and execution, to both test and integration and evaluation. The program may also develop skills in engineering administration and integrated logistics support.

  • Completed Bachelor Degree or Graduate Certificate in a relevant field from a recognised higher education institution
  • Relevant areas include technology (aeronautics, astronautics, biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental, industrial, mechanical, nuclear, applications, systems), chemistry, physics, computer science, or mathematics
  • Applicants with qualifications in other areas are encouraged to apply and are evaluated on a case by case basis.
