Requirements for the Dietetic Programme at the University of Molise

Are you interested in studying dietetics at the University of Molise? Our Dietetic Programme is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful dietitian. In order to be accepted into the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  • Completion of a minimum of 30 credits of college-level coursework in the sciences, including biology, chemistry, and nutrition
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the humanities, including psychology, sociology, and anthropology
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the social sciences, including economics, political science, and public health
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the liberal arts, including English, history, and philosophy
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the professional studies, including medical terminology, nutrition, and food science
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the clinical sciences, including anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the research sciences, including epidemiology, biostatistics, and research methods
  • Completion of a minimum of 15 credits of college-level coursework in the nutrition sciences, including nutrition assessment, nutrition education, and nutrition counseling
