The Graduate Diploma in Digital Information Management is part of an articulated program made to create information professionals able to produce and manage information that's more in digital formats. In addition, it assesses strategies and practices to the delivery of services for both communities and organisations in the 21st century. Within this course, graduates gain a knowledge of the connection between individuals and information and knowledge techniques.

Graduates are entitled to receive professional registration of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) if they've finished the core foundation subjects, and 57084 Information Architecture and Design as one of these three optional subjects.

  • UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional credentials that demonstrates possibility to pursue graduate studies. Applicants that have not completed a bachelor's, master's, graduate degree or graduate certification in just about any area of study (or overseas equivalent) must provide: an individual statement (approximately 500 words) explaining why they want to study the program
  • A CV that ought to include information on voluntary and paid work or other adventures that could be relevant to the course. If candidates don't distribute these documents, their application may not be considered. The English competency requirement of international students or local applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
  • Or TOEFL: newspaper established: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 21
  • Or AE5: Pass
  • Or PTE: 58-64
  • Or CAE: 176-184.
