Engineering Physics

The Engineering Physics option offers a unique blend of strong fundamentals in science, mathematics, engineering design and practice, and computing skills - but especially Physics. This demanding program was set up to build on the strengths of the School of Engineering Science and the Physics Department and focuses on optics, opto-electronics, advanced semiconductor devices and microelectronics. The emphasis in this option is on Engineering and Physics fundamentals and their applications. Concepts and ideas, a strong academic foundation for advanced education, and opportunities for career growth, mobility and flexibility.
