With determination and discretion, they utilize some freedom under the guidance of more senior event personnel, using policies, strategies and procedures to guide labour activities.Events are diverse in nature which qualification offers a pathway to work for event or exhibition organisations operating in a range of industries such as the tourism and traveland hospitality, and sport, cultural and community sectors.The diversity of employers comprises event or exhibition management companies, event venues, or even organisations which organise their own events.
