Financial Analysis

This program is based on a defined body of knowledge of proven value to the finance market. It intends to facilitate entry into a wide range of challenging and rewarding careers in the fiscal industry. The program is designed to give students a frame of relevant knowledge and skills required for high-level job in the finance market. Students will get a wide comprehension of bookkeeping, economics, management and quantitative procedures, while developing their own analytical thinking. Students can gain a solid grounding from the base fundamentals of finance and examine areas like security valuation and portfolio administration, debt and derivative securities, micro and macroeconomics, competitive and monopoly market structures, credit rating, and hazard appraisal.

La Trobe University is recognised by CFA Institute as a University Affiliate for the Own Master of Economic Analysis. The Guru of Financial Investigation is recognized by CFA Institute as covering excess of 70 percent of their Candidate Body of Evidence defined for CFA Program tests, Levels I - III. • Admission may be granted to applicants with no undergraduate degree but with five or more years of relevant work experience
• for making an offer for an applicant, the faculty can give consideration to a range of factors including English proficiency, academic record and occupation experience
• NB: prep minimal requirements does not guarantee an offer of an area. Entrance into most of of La Trobe classes relies on competitive selection and there may be limited places available.
