In Fine Arts, you'll develop an understanding of art through painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, computer imaging, art history, and film studies. Choose Art History and Visual Culture, Film Studies and Visual Culture, or Studio Practice as your major. You'll be taught by professors who are actively engaged as artists historians, and critics, many of them internationally known. Classroom and studio learning are supplemented by bus trips to museums and galleries in Chicago, New York, and Toronto, and you'll have the opportunity to study abroad in such places as France, Mexico and the U.K. We provide individual studio space for fourth-year honours and graduate students.
