In order to be accepted into the Flute Programme, applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to music and a high level of technical proficiency. All applicants must have a minimum of two years of private instruction on the flute, or equivalent experience. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate a strong knowledge of music theory and sight-reading skills.
