This qualification refers to the skills and knowledge for food processing workers used from these sectors:grain processing (such as stock feed, animal packs, milling barley, wheat, oats and wheat milling) baking (including large scale production of cakes, pastry, bread, cookies and plant dried )retail bakingbeverages (including juices, soft drinks, cordials, aerated but still waters, energy drinks as well as other modified beverages, such as vitamin and antioxidant beverageslike coffee, tea and ice) confectionery dairy processing fruit and vegetables grocery products and provides (including sodas, jams, spreads, sauces, sauces, condiments, spices, olive oils and fats and pasta)poultry.This qualification is designed for application in supervised surroundings where the job is predictable with some simple problem solving conditions. All work must be completed to conform to workplace procedures, in accordance with State/Territory food safety, work health and safety and environmental principles, regulations and legislation that affect the workplace.No occupational licensing, legislative or certificate conditions apply to the qualification at time of publication.
