This course is directed at people working with or within government and regulatory bodies, for example careers in federal, state or local government. It provides you a thorough theoretical and practical training in authorities law and regulatory training, and the complex skills needed to employed in these disciplines. You gain detailed wisdom and evaluate complex issues relevant to this field in the theoretical, international and interdisciplinary perspectives. The area of government law and regulatory practice offers diverse career opportunities.

  • A bachelor honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, for example government, regulation, social work or another appropriate area, as determined by the faculty, with a minimum credit average
  • Or A bachelor degree (or equivalent), and a graduate diploma (or equivalent) in law or a cognate field, for example government, regulation, social work or another appropriate discipline
  • or a graduate certificate (or equivalent) in law or a relevant field, for example economics, trade or another appropriate field according to the faculty
  • or a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, for example government, regulation, social work or another appropriate discipline, also adequate applicable work-based encounter or professional instruction to supply exactly the same of a bachelor honours degree in some of these disciplines, as determined by the faculty. Students will be assessed on entire academic record, with a credit average (or equivalent).
