This qualification reflects the role of proficient senior hair dressers using a selection of highly established earnings, technical and consultation skills along with knowledge to deliver a broad array of hairdressing services to clients. These senior hair dressers provide specialist services in one or more areas including haircutting, design, design and elaborate colour correction, trichology and chemical reformation. They work individually and many hair dressers at this degree provide technical leadership, training and support to team membersThis qualification provides a pathway to work as a senior hairdresser in a salon setting, a freelancer session stylist or perhaps a technical adviser at product companies.No occupational licensing, certification or special legislative requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

• Entry for the eligibility is available to individuals who've:1. \tachieved a Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equal )
• And2. \tat least year post-qualification regular employment experience for a hairdresser in a salon environment where they've applied the knowledge and skills covered in the preceding (or equivalent) eligibility.
