This qualification reflects the role of skilled senior hair dressers who use a selection of highly developed sales, technical and consultation abilities and knowledge to deliver a wide array of hairdressing services for clients. These senior hairdressers provide specialist services in a couple of areas including hair-cutting, design, colouring and complicated colour correction, trichology and compound reformation. They work separately and lots of hair dressers at the degree provide technical direction, training and support to team membersThis qualification provides a path to work as a senior hairdresser in a salon atmosphere, a freelancer session stylist or even a technical adviser at product companies.No occupational licensing, certificate or special legislative requirements affect the qualification at the time of publication.

• Entry for this eligibility is available to those who have:1. \tachieved a Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
• And2. \tat least year post-qualification regular employment experience for a hairdresser in a salon environment where they have applied the knowledge and skills covered in the above (or equivalent) eligibility.
