Just like the Bachelor programme, the Master focuses on both theory and practice, with particular attention for the theories as well as the practical disciplines that form the foundation of Humanistic Studies. Students study contemporary issues concerning humanisation and meanings of life from various scientific disciplines: ethics, social and political theory, social and cultural psychology, pedagogics, theory of religion and worldviews, theory of science and methodology. With the aid of essential writings by prominent thinkers, they explore the various social debates encountered in the occupational fields mentioned below. Depending on students' personal preferences and talents, the Master programme offers entry into the following occupational fields: * Humanist counselling * Education * Organisation and policy * Science and research
